Levi's India — Even after 7 days Return request not initiated. No communication | |
I have a high regard to branded items because the quality is expected as per the money spent. Even in its Customer services. Placed an order directly through Levi's website recieved the package within 3 days. Excellent. Due to fitting issues immediately the same day raised a request for return. There was a return arranged. Unfortunately the delivery person did not take it as there was an ID Mismatch. He left the package with me and unanswered doubts. Since 7 days I am trying to call and made several mail attempts to Levi's Customer services. Futile. I am held up with this package for not mistake on myside. It seems like the issue is being dragged so that deadline crosses 30days of return. We cant use products which are not suitable right. I wish Levi's doesnt leave its valued Customers in oblivion like this. We are emotional and budget sensitive people I hope I get a solution. Was this information helpful? | |
