Levi's India — exchange of product / faulty product | |||
I have buyed one chinos from r j enterprises on with tax invoce 786 on 25/06/2017. After buying pant is given for alteration and lying in store for 15 days. After said period i collected the same, on next day i observed some defect in pant so i immediately intimated to store and as per there suggestion i handed over the pant to store after washing on next day. On 19 th september 2017 i have received call from your store stating replacement is approved. Accordingly on 24th september 2017 and they are asking to pay me additional amount for same value pant as a part of exchange. I asked to provide the replacement of same pant they told store is not having same pant and asking to take the different pant by paying additional cost. As issue is lying with store for 2 and half month how store can ask me to pay additional charges? This is only due to negligence of employees of r j enterprises. They have not communicated to levis actual incident and same if pending for long period. Now due to store problem i am not liable to pay additional amount for exchange of product and store has to give me same product or refund my entire amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
