Levi's India — jeans | |||
My jeans faded when I stepped in the water wearing it for the first time. I wore it for the first time only and water was normal as well. Didn't expect this from Levi's. It cost me around 3500. I want a quick response to this complaint, please. What shall I do with the product now? How can I trust the brand anymore? Levi's is known for the product quality and it a great shame that its quality is degraded so bad. Please pay some attention and I have attached the photo of my faded jeans that were supposed to be jet black. Also, the cloth has become as if it's been used for a long time, while i only wore it for the first time. Levi's India should respond or i will post a complaint on higher portal. I purchased levies shoes in February.properly I m not use that Shoes one month.Shoes front side is open.d don't know what to do now.i purchased in online.even dont know to check warranty.if warranty is their what to do.where to do service.levis is not good for footware.help what I will do now.how to repair that shoes

16/7/2019 i bought a black t shirt from agartala levis showroom ML palza.after single wash the t-shirt colour faded.. And another my white shirt also damage due to color levis tshirt. I went return to showroom but they didnot gave me good result. The tshirt price @1640/-. I pray to your authority give me a good result.[protected] its customer id
