Levi's India — jeans colour fade after first wash

Sir/ma'am,
I purchased a black jeans from levi's, central mall patna in around may, 2017. I wore it for the first time today, and to my shock the color faded in the first wash.

This is really disappointing from a reputed brand like levi's. It is requested to exchange the jeans as early as possible.

I recently buyed a 711 skinny jeans from the levis outlet in new delhi, Pacific mall. After 2-3 washes the jeans started getting woolen threads from the inside.
Such a bad experience with your company's material. I am a regular customer of levis but never faced such a problem. Looking forward for your reply
