Levi's India — jeans getting torn within 6 months | |||
We have bought levis jeans from lifestyle store in inorbit malad mumbai and from its store as well both of them have ripped within 3 months o[censored]se! These jeans were purchased in sale periods so it is that levis india is no more concerned about its quality! We have been loyal customers to levis for kore than 10 years and this is how we are repaid back! They dont even have their own customer complaints number on their website. It is diagusting to see a brand like levis that is suppposed to be the most trusted brand in denims for more than 100 years to be unconcerned with the quality of the product that they are selling. It looks like the only thing they are concerened with is quantity and not quality of the product. After paying hefty sums of 3299 for their denims all we are left with is torn clothes! I didn't know how to contact you.I am big fan of levi's .Recently i bought levi's shirt from fashionandyou.com and they have sent me duplicate shirt with levi's logo.i want you to take action against them.If you need any proof and document from my end please let me know.I have attached screenshot for reference.Shirt looks like 200 rs shirt.
