I order a pair of shoes from levis.com
As I had size issue so, I returned it and asked for the refund.
Few days after a delivery guy came for pick up and took the item. Within a day I got a mail from the customer service asking for the details of bank for the refund.
After providing all the details, they said they'll be forwarding to the account department.
Now it's been more than 10 days I haven't received my refund. They don't answer my mail, don't pick the call.
