Levi's India — no refund of money

Order no. Ind[protected]. I cancelled the product and it has been 2 weeks. And still they are saying that product has not reached the warehouse and so refund will not be done. I call the customer care and each time they come up with something new.. Sometimes, they say that server is down and sometimes they say that the delivery people does not respond. Very poor.

I brought one Levi's Jeans from Sadar shop in Jabalpur MP. The retail executive assured me that colour of that jeans is not comes out I believe brand. But after 4 days I wash that jeans and colour comes out I was shocked, that's the Levi's Jeans??
