We have been your loyal customers for more than 20 years now. But now i are facing some problems. My brother gifted a tops to my daughter from delhi and it is not the correct size for her. I stay in orissa. I have been writing mails to [protected]@levi.com but nothing has been done so far. An executive called once and promised to get back which she never did till now. It is a small job for you. Just allow me to exchange the product or give me a refund.

This kind of slow and irresponsible customer service from such a big brand doesn't suit you.
