This is experiencing this issue second time i have ordered online few sets of Jean's placed a week before and not yet delivered, if i see the tracking status it shows pickup not done, and customer service is not providing proper reply. Customer service say they will call back in an hour and will never turnup.
Last time I waited for the order for almost 20 days and finally cancelled it. During cancellation customer service will mention the reason as "on customer request", instead of mentioning the actual issue of theirs.
Levis has the worst customer service.
