I purchased a Levi jeans online with cash on delivery. After placing the order I received WhatsApp message from Levi's to pay via UPI to get additional 100 rs off. I paid via UPI however the same is not updated in my order (503610). Now the delivery person is asking for cash and my delivery is stuck for last 3 days. I tried reaching customer support but their number never works. I emailed but even that is not responded yet. Pathetic service from so called big brand!!
