I purchased a shirt on dec 16 and the fit wasn’t perfect so I wanted it to return so sent a return request, person comes for a pickup next day and said that quality no. isn’t matching so he can’t take it (the product was intact with all original bills)and since then I am sending mail to customer care but mails are bouncing back, no executive is entertaining the call.
This is something undesirable from such a renowned company.It seems that I made a mistake. Was this information helpful? |
