Levi's India — Product not received my amount also not received

I can place the order 20th september still now not received my order ..my order number IND[protected] leather belt ..my mobile number [protected] my name is Sarvar Mohammad.. many times I raised the complainant to customer care service very poor service my product not given I'm asking many times. But customer care service person saying sir we can't give the delivery..we can give the refund..still not received my product or not received my amount.. I'm asking one question ..with out given delivery how can do return...I'm confused... my patience is gon that's reason I can put mail pls I hope pls reslove this issue...I'm waiting for my product or my refund amount...pls reslove this issue
