I returned two products which was ordered through levis.in. and it was a prepaid order. The return was picked up successfully.
Its been one month now but i still haven't received the refund amount. The customer care claims that the refund was successfully processed but it is still not reflecting in my account. The same is verified with my bank.
The customer support is really irresponsible and they don't reply to mails or rarely receive phone calls
