Please review my complaint id 56777,
"The return order IND[protected] was picked by the delivery boy Shubham Pawar, Mobile number [protected] and then again one more delivery boy came after one day who cancelled the return as I had already return it to Shubham. Please initiate a refund."
The reply from your customer support.
"As per the update from the Delhivery partner the product was returned to you. Unfortunately we would not be able to proceed without the product being returned."
How is it possible that the item which is picked as returned is again returned to me, I do not understand why Levis is not refunding my money back and I am getting the replies which I do not understand. I requested a call back multiple times but no response.
I requested the matter to escalate and first time I got this opportunity to send senior officers.
Kindly look into the issue, meanwhile I am buying Levis products from new id.
