Levi's India — Refund not received and customer support is not responding

From Order # IND[protected], I requested return for "LEVI'S X DEEPIKA PADUKONE WIDE LEG TROUSER". Return order # INDR1061495
Which was picked on 7th July, 2023
Since then I have been emailing to Levi's Customer support to know status on my refund which I haven't received yet. Customer support also not responding to my email.
