Levi's India — refund not received | |||||
Hi! I had ordered a blue gray jeans from levis official site on 15 September 2018 and due to personal reasons returned the product on 23 September 2018. It’s been 3 months now but haven’t received the refund of the article yet. I have been trying to contact the customer care helpline to update me regarding the refund details but no one responded. Finally mailed levis helpline, though they registered my case number as 14502357 but then never reverted with details. Hope this platform would help resolve my problem as I’ve been a loyal customer of levis years back but I have been really disappointed by the attitude and such slow irresponsive management system. In today’s scenario, every organisation make sure that their customer grievances panel is super active and responsive to even trivial issue and they value their customers. Your customer care numbers are not reachable.
Please give refund within 2 days otherwise I had to take legal action against you.
