Respected Sir,
I have ordered a product on Friday 9th September 2022 from the Levis office website, (Order No: IND[protected] to which I got it on Sunday which was 11th September 2022 from Delhivery shipping partner, but since the product was a misfit. I immediately placed a request for return for which it got picked up on the very next day which was a Monday 12th September 2022 by the same Delhivery company. Sir, the website says that it gets refunded by 3 days . Its been three days and still no information on refunding my amount. I am constanly communicating with the customer care but they keep on sharing incorrect information either saying its been already processed or it will take time.
Kindly, take urgent steps and help me in getting my money back.
