Levi's India — Regarding poor fabric quality | |||
Hi, I spoke to your one of the customer care representative regarding the exchange of a faulty t-shirt which has issues in the fabric and its stretched out after 2 weeks . I have attached the pictures of the t-shirt. Kindly look into and let me know. I have purchased this t-shirt on 23/03/2021 with 2199 INR RS in levis showroom sonipat – Haryana 131001. When i asked for a replacement of this product within warranty period the shoowroom executive denied for exchange and informed me that the t-shirt cannot be exchanged. I contuined since it is not the fault in fabric side and the qa team.i again request them to mail or send t shirt for quality check but they denied and they didnt send any mail to seniors and talking very rudlly like I am a fool or beggar. As per my agaian and again request they took t shirt in showroom since may and tell me that thay will update me shorty regarding this and they call me 5 days ago thet my tshirt was not exchangeable and m surpise to see tht my t shirt and tshirt bag as like I handed over to them even not was not changed they didn’t send mail or my tshirt for checkup they just made me fool after 9-10 visits and waiting for a long period of my time in front of other customers and then said sorry you please come after 3 days. . . I have all the proof's with me which i recorded in phone and whatsapp message. If you require some more please look into cctv camera which might be recorded. I am very much heartbroken with their pathetic service by the people in levis showroom sonipat - haryana. Why they have to cheat the people. I would have agreed and spoken to customer care if i would have seen the email which they would have received from the qa team from higher center. With this, i am concluding that i may approach consumer court if i didn't get any proper response from the customer care side and the showroom side. I am posting this on consumer complaint forum and in facebook. Mentioned the details below. TO BE VERY SAD TO SAY THAT LEVIS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE BRAND AND I ALWAYS DREAMED ABOUT WEAR LEVIS CLOTH AND SHOES BUT I THINK ITS ALL OVER DUE TO THIS TYPE OF [censored] BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR SIDE .I VISITED YOUR SHOOWROOM 12 TIMES FOR EXCHANGE THIS PRODUCT IN LAST 3 MONTH .
