Levi's India — replacement for defect in jeans

I had bought a pair of jeans on full price a few months ago with style code-q2827. Within 3 months of purchase i began to notice that the region below front pockets began to lose it's elasticity and became wrinkled due to which it appears very wierd and can't be worn. I have been wearing levi's jeans from a long time but this is the first time i have encountered such a problem. I would like to get a replacement for my jeans as soon as possible.

There is a permanent wrinkle on left side of jean.i have taken few months back..we have also tried to remove it through iron.but not possible..kindly replace this jean...if possible, i had bought levis heans from bathinda mall road showroom...there is a permanet wrinkle on left side of jean...
