Sir i purchased a Levi's denim shorts size 34 but on mesurement it is 39 inches. Hence i went to the store Marda Associates Celebration Mall, Udaipur, Rajasthan,[protected] to exchange it with a smaller size 32 but was refused. kindly help in exchange to a smaller size 32 and if exchange is not possible please process refunds.
Purchase bill no: 961, 24/07/21, time 6:24, Marda Associates, Celebration Mall, Udaipur, Rajasthan is attached for needful. Please help in exchange to a smaller size 32 or give me refund.

Thank u and i really appreciate the rapid response and positive attitude of customer care cell Levi's India. My problem has been addressed positively from the store, exchange approved and due to the beautiful way it was handled i am thinking of keeping the earlier product also. lots of blessings and gratitude to the customer care cell Levi's.
