This is to bring to ur notice that my husband is a regular customer at levis.He had purchased this tshirt on 22may'16 at levis shipra mall.It went so unnoticed that we didn't open the tshirt immediately at home.I removed the tshirt after 4days for ironing so that he could wear it and I noticed that there were some spots on the tshirt.We went to the showroom to exchange it with the bill, the staff there was not ready to listen and he said that they normally open the tshirt or any product before the customer buys.My husband tried telling him that we hadn't opened the tshirt before buying and also that it was not worn.The staff there didn't listen to us so my husband left the tshirt there with your staff and left.We are very disappointed with your services ...i[censored] can check please do we have shopped for more than 10-15k at every visit...we wouldn't bother about 1799 tshirt but the behaviour o[censored]r staff was unacceptable .
