Levi's India — return rejected - even though return was made in 7 day return period policy

I bought a jeans at levi's at phoenix market city, bangalore last saturday (19 may 2018). I paid 600 by points redemption and the rest 2500 by credit card. Today (24 may 2018) i went back to the shop to return that jeans but the skop keeper refused to take my jeans for refund even though my jeans was not used and was in very good condition. My bill never said anything about no return or exchange when item purchased using point redemption. I want my jeans money back. I don't like this product and i don't wanna use it too.

I had bought 710 super skinny jeans on 9th January (style code: R[protected] CW/16-2017. After 3-4 wash and I washed manually. I noticed bubbles inside the whole jeans, due to this problem, It's not comfortable for me.
Please take proper action.
