Levi's India — Substandard quality of jeans bearing stylecode :[protected]

It is intimated that i have purchased blue colour jeans of levis brand (Style code:[protected] costing rs. 2999/- from levis store sadar bazar agra on 27 nov 17. The above said jeans got malfunctioned from pelvic portion (Abdomen part) in the month of feb 17. I contacted the store and they repplaced the jeans in the month of march. However the the same fault appeared at the same place in the jeans in the month of apr 17. I again went to levis store and comp, ained about the same fault but the same was refused. I request to kindly look into the matter seriously and please provide a refund or replacement of another jeans of the same range.
This is the first time i am facing the problem from my last 10 years association with levis.
