I had ordered (Order # IND[protected] on 26/03/2023) the below product (jeans) from the Levi's India website.
https://www.levi.in/men/clothing/jeans/A[protected].html?vgid=A25180000
The product that was actually delivered to me was not the same as pictured in the product description (see uploaded picture for evidence).
I returned the product as there was no option of exchange since the product itself was incorrect. I then wrote two reviews on the website, the Levi's management did not publish my reviews (probably because they pointed the shortcoming of the website), but what's appalling, is that they continue to advertise the same product as-is on their website.
I want to report this unethical behavior of misguiding customers with the wrong pictures of the product and then making them go through the stressful wait of return and refund. I don't want any other customer to be fooled by this website again. As corrective action, I want the website to update the product description with the actual pictures of the product, as this is not expected from a Brand's won website. Was this information helpful? |
