It was my first time purchase from ambience mall Levi’s and the staff guy told me that he will give a credit note if the product didn’t fit. I returned back to the store in 20 minutes after the purchase however the staff guy denied to give any credit note as I exchange the product the amount was still pending from the purchase. Manager even denied with a bad behaviour and was very rude. I came out of the store leaving the product behind. Went back to the store and took my exchanged item I was so frustrated from the behaviour of the staff especially the manager that I even left my 700rs behind . I always have Inder why the Levi’s ambience mall is not working that well. It’s just bcz of the greedy staff and manager very bad and frustrated customer service . Will never go to the store again and put this on very social media account possible. My order no is 1221 I purchased my stuff on 11 tu June 2021
