I ordered a jeans pant of levis but its not satisfied me so i returnmed it. The returned was accepted and i got a mail on 26 jul 2018 that your returned approved and your refund will be prossed to your original purchase method within 7 to 10 days if you purchased cash on delivery our castomer care will be in touch to get your bank payment. My order number is ind[protected]. Today 13 aug but nobody from customer care contact me, so please refund my amount as soon as possible. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had raised a complaint with your end regarding a pair of jeans i had purchased from your pimpri chincwad outlet around dec'17 during a sale..
Its just been around 5 months n it gave away and tore off.
