Lexa Trade — I contacted the relevant authorities

Due to concerns that the trading platform might be manipulating the prices, where the buy price was consistently higher than the sell price, I decided to withdraw my remaining balance. I requested a withdrawal of the amount to my credit card, but the status remained "pending review" with no communication from customer support. After facing significant losses, I did not receive any follow up, which led me to believe that the situation was intentional. I contacted the relevant authorities, who referred me to a financial expert registered with the FCA (Nordevamber). I then initiated a legal dispute through the expert, and within just over a week, my full balance was successfully recovered and returned.
