I wish to formally lodge a complaint against LG Electronics and its assigned service center Universal Telecom Traders for failing to address my service request raised on Tuesday at 2:09 PM. Despite 2 days passing, no technician has visited nor any resolution provided.

LG Electronics — LG policy based Tax invoice invalid - not compliant Para 5(1)(d) of CP General Rules,2020 &Section 31, Rule 46(f) CGST Rules 2017

It is my prerogative to get a mandatory valid invoice and e-receipt naming with address as - Dhirubhai Vaghela, Plot No.29/2, Sector 4 A, Gandhinagar-382006, as per the mandatory provisions in Para 5(1)(d) of CP General Rules, 2020 read with section 2 (47)(vii) of CP Act, 2019 and Rule 46(f) CGST Rules 2017. LG violated the mandatory provisions ibid, and did not issue an e-receipt and a valid mandatory invoice, but issued an invalid invoice...

LG Electronics — Service delay

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using L G products from last 10 years.

on 20 th march 2025 I had logged a complaint no .RNP.[protected] due to a.c repair .still now it is not cleared and I did not expect this type of (worst) service from your company.

please solve the issue as early as possible.
