Libas Riyaz Gangji — Made suit with wrong measurement and didnt return money

I ordered a suit from Libas Riyas Gangji, Juhu tara road, Mumbai. The suit was made with the wrong measurement and even after multiple alterations the suit does not fit me. When i asked for the refund, they straightaway denied it. One of the staff named Deepak told me over the call that he will alter my suit, come to the store. I cannot do anything over the phone. I explained him the store is far so please listen to me, he said "no no come to the store". When i arrived at the store, he said he cannot do alteration, started pushing me to place a fresh order. I paid 20K rs and he was not even apologetic or accepting that it is his fault. Please help!!!
