I ordered a suit from Libas Riyas Gangji, Juhu tara road, Mumbai. The suit was made with the wrong measurement and even after multiple alterations the suit does not fit me. When i asked for the refund, they straightaway denied it. One of the staff named Deepak told me over the call that he will alter my suit, come to the store. I cannot do anything over the phone. We placed an order for a selected material tuxedo.. At their juhu tara road branch on 30/5/2017..
A week after a mother material was used on trial.
After it was pointed out they asked one week more to correct the mistake but finally they could not make it.. And when asked for refund.
They refused and asked us to pick up something from their shop.. Which is unacceptable to us..
But they have not payed up after...
