Lic ado — Miss the exam for 1 minute gaping and want to appear for re-exam

I am a candidate of lic ado examination. My exam started at 12.30 p.M. The reporting time was 12.15 p.M. And i reached in examination hall at 12.16. For 1 minute difference the center head did not give the permission for exam. I am requesting to give me permission for re-exam.
