Lic ado — Subject: exam timings are not good please allow me

Lic ado exam starts 9.00 am .I reached exam center hall 9.05 am.The examiner says the exam is already started so no chance to wrote exam.So please allow me for afternoon exam.Morning 8.15 time is not good.How the students reach the examination hall with in the time.So please allow me in afternoon examination
