Lic — amount debited but receipt not received

Dear sir, i have paid 15340/- towards the payment for my policy no.[protected]. The amount was debited but i did not receive any receipt for the same and on online portal also it is showing that premium is due, despite the payment made from my side. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Following is the message with reference number for the transaction made - thx for inb txn of rs.15340.0 frm a/c x6478 to life insur... Ref#igahglycg4 on 19oct19. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected].
