I have registered online to buy tech term plan through LIC website on 14.06.2021. The access id is[protected]. i have purchased tech term plan on 30.06.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 11838/- . The proposal number of policy is 10142. After that a Telemedical video calling was done on 02.07.2021. But after that there is not any update regarding my policy. I have not received any call for physical medical.
i have called customer care but they said they have not any information regarding online purchased pilicies and i am not able to get any information about my policy.
So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money. Was this information helpful? |
