This is with regards to the housing loan applied in your esteemed organisation at palakkad branch Kerala. It is an application for take over loan at HDFC. I had applied for in the month of February and the process of documentation started at the march. I submitted all the documents required as requested by them. With lot of pain I would say the process was so slow that the loan sanctioned at 17th April after repeated calls to the branch and to the agent. I was charged Rs.1147 as the processing fee and the agent Mr. Hemanandan Prabhu asked Rs.2200 cash for advocate fee for the report. After producing all the documents and taking all the painrequest yogot a call from the branch after a month on my 18th asking again that I have to produce encumbrance certificate, which was a clear miss from the agent and the staffs at the palakkad branch. It almost will take two weeks time for to get the certificate after applying which will make delay to get the loan amount. I was forced to cancel the loan application for further processing. This clearly shows the ineffeciency of branch and the agent which has made delay in whole processing and have restricted me from applying loan from anywhere else. I would request you to take action on this and help me to get the amount spent by me on this else I will be forced to mail human rights commission and RBI on this.
