LIC Housing Finance — Complaint regarding harassment from LICHFL branch , Gurgaon

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with regards of the disbursement of loan amount from LICHFL to which I was harassed since long. I had a complaint for below designated office and Assistant Manager:

I am also enclosing the mails(Please find the enclosed mails in the attachment.) I have sent them in past but no reply have been received from them either on mail or phone calls. I am really frustrated by the behaviour of the staff and now would like to escalate the issue further if not got acknowledged. They have phones but they never pick them up to answer. These people are just sitting in AC cabins and are managed by an customer funded NGO named LICHFL so they can feed there families for no good cause.
I have following issues with them:
1.) I have following loans with them:

Additional 5 lakh loan: (Taken 5 months back)

Which they sanctioned for Registration & Stamp duty payment without having knowledge that Registration & Stamp duty are not subject to be paid within housing loan, so later they converted it to renovation.
I was convinced by there staff and some greedy agents like Mr. Yogesh Gupta that you will get the amount disbursed for Registration & Stamp duty so I am completely dependant on them. At last moment AM refused saying that its agent fault who disguised you with wrong information. I was in real SHOCK at that moment, because the last date of paying such charges is approaching. I have no choice accept going for an another personal loan and have warned them not to do such false commitments again with anyone.


2.) Now, I want my sanctioned amount to be disbursed. So they want the registry papers for that. I have intimated them that the registry has been done and its been 1 month now, you can collect the papers and disburse the amount, so I can payback the loans I have taken for Registration & Stamp duty. Every time I call them they are busy or in a Meeting. Not even they reply back to any of my emails.

3.) I have no agent underlying in between whom I can approach now. I had a bad experience with Mr. Yogesh Gupta so I dropped him. Without agent and proper coordination from LICHFL staff I am completely helpless. As I am not in town to meet them in-personal every time for any request.

I am really tensed now and would like this to be investigated ASAP else I have no choice going for further escalation. I request you to help me on this and provide me with resolution at your earliest.
