LIC Housing Finance — ECS not started from last one year

Dear Sir/Madam, Please find Details of my LIC Loan account. Application no. [protected] Loan No:[protected] My loan was started about one and half year back since I am requesting to LIC agent for ECS when I was in indore, everytime he promised me but never do the same, one time he said to me now your form is submitted and now your EMI is deducting by ECS not by checqe, but again after sometime I came to know that still my ECS is not activated.When I was shifted from indore to Visakhapatnam I request him so much for started my ECS because after that it will not be possible for providing cheque. Even my wife went to your(LIC Husing) indore office and request them for this, they misbehaved with her and didn't provide her proper information. Now I m continuously depositing EMI amount in my related bank account but my EMI is not deducting from last couple of Months. Still I m requesting them but they are not paying attention to me I am very much under depression due to all of this.Please do needful.
