Hello, My Loan Account details: Loan no.[protected] Customer ID: 18629727 I have taken home loan from LICHFL in Jan 2012 with ROI (2 years fixed) 10.25% at LICHFL Banglore. Now in the LICHFL site the ROI is showing 12%. Accordingly my EMI amount is increased suddenly by 1500/- I was surprised to see the ROI showing in the site as the interest rates are coming down in these days but LICHFL is increasing them (Current ROI is 10.1% for fresh loans).
