I availed Hosing Loan from LICHFL from 12, Chowringhee square, 3rd Floor, Kolkata - 700069 under Mr Eklakh Ahmed. in the month of February'2015. I have not availed full sanctioned loan. However, I am getting sms for EMI amount of Rs. 76, 000/- for entire amount . There is a repeated mistake in my address also the property address. It's almost one & half month over, I have not received any loan document from LICHFL office. I have talked to them almost twenty times, sent 7/8 emails, visited office but they don't have a courtesy to revert back & update status. Without my consent they have disbursed loan amount to builder keeping me in dark. Till date loan is not being regularized. I have never experienced such careless & hopeless attitude of officials . I have a doubt that thee have a nexus or some secret agenda of doing such non-sense work. Probably, being a Govt. organization there is no one to monitor such poor services. Any consequences thereafter, LICHFL will be responsible. I am writing this mail, if someone is there make them straight, responsible in their duties. Jayanta Kumar Nandy mob no. [protected]
