LIC Housing Finance — Not received balance amount

Lic account no.[protected] in name of ashish jindal ihave take a loan of rs 10 lakh. Rs 9 lakh has been received on 23 .12.15. The bathinda bm said another amount of rs 1 lakh has been received after the lien of the house from the commitee. Everyday I call lichfl offc regarding give me paper for acknowledge . But they said always sir kal pata karna. I m in hovt department . It is not possible for me to daily call the office. Pls resolve it. Today is 6 jan near about 15 days has been passed.
