LIC Housing Finance — Not recognizing title of in-harited property recived from father.

I Niraj Dutt from ludhiana Punjab applied a housing loan under GREH PRAVESH scheme of lic hfl. Amounting 15 lacs vide file no-[protected] to Chandigarh office through Feroz Gandhi mkt ludhiana branch. I received allotment letter dated[protected]. Now problem arises that out of my 200sqr yards house i had registry of 133 yards approx and 67 sqr yards in harited. Local manager convey me that i have to change the title of 67 sqr yards too because lic hfl needs full registry to clear title It is pertinent to mention that local revenue deptt issued JAMABANDI of 200 sqr yards and legal council Mr. ALOK MOHINDRA also clear the case in his report vide dated[protected].
