Lic is bogus for investment...

I didnot received amount rs.20000 for 2012. After made enquiry at office jalgaon, they said it is paid and cash in some account. I request the lic please convey the account no.in which it is cashed. My money back policy no.[protected].
I am chasing the amount from last three years. This is bogus and irresponsible administration of lic. I made complaint to mr gawai, gm jalgaon, i have convey the complaint to pro nasik. I didnot get updates.
Kindly help in this regard.

Please see trailing email .We have received complaint from customer regarding CHQ No.170696Rs .20000/ of Shri Krrishna Ramkrishna Shriwastav
We had paid money back to above said customer wide CHQ No.170966 Rs.20000/- date 28.09.2012 POLICY No.[protected], CHQ was debited our bank A/C NO.[protected].
Please we need information regarding CHQ encashment date & which bank account credited of customer.Please send information urgently.

It is requested that kindly update the Name of bank and bank account number to which the cheque released was encashed.. please convey .
I did not received any cheque of such number...
