Lic India — fund request change from bond to growth fund not processed

I had taken 25k per year policy and i never told to agent that please input my funds in bond and also submitted request to change fund request so that my funds can increase as market growing my value is just 49 instead of 50k deposited also my request not processed by agent/ bilaspur himachal pradesh office. I had not paid 3rd premium because of poor service. Still 10 days left of grace period to fill premium pls process my request with humble request otherwise close it and refund my money.
