Dear Sir This is to bring your notice that, my mother-in-law, Late Geeta Roy Chowdhury had taken quite a few policies during her life time from an Insurance Advisor name, Sri Asit Baran Das (Possible Agent Code – 93373411/9999999) and his wife, Bnani Das (Possible Agent Code – 18254412/1725041), Contact Number – [protected] Unfortunately my mother-in-law passed away on March 2015 and since then we are facing tremendous Non-Cooperation in claim settlement process from him.
