My policy has been transferred from Gaya Branch II, Bihar to DBO, Jabalpur on dated June, 2007.Correction in my policy is due. In this regard Patna divisional office-I has sent an e-mail to service branch 374 on dated 06.02.2014.
For correction in my policy I have written letter to service branch 374 on dated 28.02.2014, reminder-I on dated 31.07.2014.Also I have written a letter to director, customer care, jabalpur on dated 18.12.2014(with attached all sufficient documents in this regard).
till date correction in my above policy is pending. So, kindly take necessary action soon.
