Regarding correction in policy no. 511646486

My policy has been transferred from Gaya Branch II, Bihar to DBO, Jabalpur on dated June, 2007.Correction in my policy is due. In this regard Patna divisional office-I has sent an e-mail to service branch 374 on dated 06.02.2014.
