LIC of India — I am not satisfy on my complaint beacuse Lic officer do not work.

Dear sir / Madam, I beg to stat that I, Biswajit Roy is a policy holder of LIC at Kalyani Branch. This policy holder name was Mr.Biswajit Roy & policy no is[protected]. This Grievance registration no is DARPG/E/2015/07162 and IDRAI token no is[protected] and complaint Ref [protected]. I inform you sir that now I have received 13, 383 rupees but I sent complaint to the crm department & IRDA but Kalyani SBM (Mr. R.K.Mondal) and Kolkata Divisional Officer(R.K.Mittal) and Departmental Officer in LIC at kolkata did not cooperate to me. I went to the LIC office at kalyani branch on 28/06/2015 & I submitted to the hands of SBM(Mr.R.K.MONDAL) my bank detail with attach NEFT form. On that day I asked SBM(Mr.RKMondal) that Who took my 10, 000 rupees and what action you have taken against him but SBM sir don't talk me. He said me that You have claim for 10, 000 rupees. This is our duty to return the money but That man took my money. & this matter is our internal .You may go now. I would like to say SBM sir that This is an criminal offence.That's why I am not satisfy. I wanted to know that he said that about 10, 000 rupees transaction involving cheque, what action you have taken against him & Bank? I didn't get any respond from kolkata Departmental level and Kalyani Branch. So I requested you sir that you investigate.and also I wanted to know that what are you doing? If you are working then what step do you? I want to see the official copy and This offical copy wiil be sent to my home.
