Dear Sir, I am a loyal & old customer of LIC of India & pays around Rs 70000 yearly as premium. Due to the negligence & ignorance from the agent side as well as from my side and due to no follow up from the LIC office towards deposition of premium amount, following captioned policies has attracted substantially higher amount as late fee, which I would request that the same shall be write off.
