I had applied for LIC E term Policy and a sum of Rs. 26, 798/- was received on 06/08/2014, medical was done on 15/08/2014, acknowledgment of receipt of Medical report was made on 19/08/2014.
There was no further response, hence on 01/09/2014 and 15/09/2014 I wrote to LIC seeking status of policy, finally on 19/09/2014 I issued a letter cancelling my application and seeking refund.
On 25/09/2014 a mail was issued by LIC to me seeking further medical tests viz CTMT etc also mentioning that TPA will contact with regard to the tests and Calicut Direct Marketing will take care of my proposal.
Thereafter till date there is no further communication from either TPA or Calicut Direct Marketing or LIC
Now, due to the gross negligence and deficiency in service I am no longer inclined to continue with this proposal and hence would like a refund of the amount paid by me.
