not received the total money back amount

my name is anandkumar balak ram mishra having the policy holder of lic of india policy no[protected]. I paid the premium upto three year i.E (doc 28/10/1995 & last 15/04/98. Visited the concerned branch and contacted he was assured that you have get payment by cheque and cheque will be send in you home address . But till date we have not received any cheque.

You are therefor requested that kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Otherwise i have only one way that to put this issue in consumer forum.
